To share some of the infinite glory of stardom with our four legged friends, here is a quick run through of the most lovable and memorable pets seen on the silver screen.SQUIRREL! Doug, the dog from Pixar’s UP was probably one of 2009’s best pet characters. Not only was he funny, loyal and exhibiting all the qualities you would expect from a pooch, he had an honesty that just made a lot of people want to go out and adopt a stray mutt. I have no idea what kind of mix he was, but it doesn’t matter when you consider how many hearts this dog-star stole.
